Yay, I'll do it again

Hello, everybody!

It's been a long time since I wrote something unrelated to fiction. As it is, I guess it's time to start the travelling blog again. :)  When I organised my first trip to Japan, I thought it would be the kind of "once in your life-time" thing. I had planned, of course, to travel there again, but I never would have thought that I could afford to get back there again so soon.

Same as last year, I want to visit a show. This time around it's gonna be Endless SHOCK. Thanks to my dear maharan1 who once again was so sweet to help me with ticket application [ *hugs* ] I will get to see the show in the Hakataza in Fukuoka. And... just in case she is willing to help me with the application too, I've scheduled my flight so I can visit KinKi Kids New Year's concert as well. ^^ Last year was already incredible and absolutely special. I always felt, though, that it should not be just that one time. And so, I am currently planning my new trip to Japan. :D

It seems that I'll be deprived of a travel buddy this time around. B.A. wants to travel to many different places and holidays and money are both rare. Well, I'll be happy with the "World Adventure" in SHOCK. ^^ And since I've been to Japan before, I feel quite okay with tackling this one on my own. I'm still hoping that someone will find the muse/money to come along, but I'm okay going on my own as well.

So, I'm starting to organise my stuff again. It seems more like routine already, though. I'll book my flight tickets soon. I've already found the perfect connection. And I've already made a plan where I want to go.

*  31st of December, departing from Vienna. I'll arrive in Tokyo on the 1st of January, just in time to see KinKi, should I get lucky with tickets. I'd love to visit their concert again. ^^

*  2nd of January, I'll move right on to Kyoto. There are still a lot of things I want to see there and I want to visit Nara again.  <3

*  7th of January, moving on to Fukuoka, where I'll stay until the 11th of January. The plan is to visit first SHOCK, of course, and then also Beppu, which is famous for its variously coloured hot springs, and Kumamoto, which hosts a famous castle and since Himeji is under construction right now, this one seemed the best alternative.

*  11th of January, moving back to Tokyo, where I'll spend some more days with basic sight seeing, before flying back home on the 15th of January.

*  16th of January, arriving at Vienna again.

So, this is the plan. I'm not exactly too anxious about hotel reservations, but I plan to do them as soon as I can afford it after buying my flight tickets. I'll definitely rely on agoda again. Everything worked perfectly well with them, even when we had to change reservations it wasn't much of a problem. Our hotels were okay, although I have to admit that I'm tempted to invest a bit more money this time for better facilities. I'll see about that. As it is, my locations for hotels will be Tokyo, Kyoto and Fukuoka. I'll also get myself a Railway Pass again, which is one ofthe best investments when going to Japan.

Something I will definitely take with me this time is a notebook. About every hotel room allows you to connect with the internet and that'll make writing blog entries more comfortable and it will allow me to add my pictures immediately too.

So then... "Ready or not, ready or not,  here I come now."  :D

That's great news! I'm happy for you ^^
I hope you'll get the tickets!

My grandpa promised me to take me to Japan next year, but I have to plan everything, because he's completely clueless and doesn't speak any foreign language XD
I could use some good advice sometime, if you wouldn't mind.

I want to visit Nara too~

Aw, thank you! I'm so glad that I get to see Tokyo again. :D

OOOHHHHHHH!!!!!!! You're going to Japan?! *___* Cool! ^^
Let me tell you, it's worth organising. Sure, I'll try to be of help as best I can. :)

Oh, Nara. *sighs nostalgically* It's so... <333333 I didn't get to see Yakushiji last time I was there and I definitely want to see it as well as the emperor's palace. And the deer. I'll see the deer again. :D If you can, definitely visit Nara. It's such a nice place.

Wow! I'm so happy for you! :D
I hope you can get KinKi tickets when you go.

Aw, thank you! <33333

I'm already starting to get a bit sxcited again. Actually, I wrote this yesterday and afterwards checked the net for accomodation and I've already found hotels for my entire stay. I'm just waiting for my money to transfer to PayPal so I can get reservations. It's a bit tricky, because I should book my flight soon. If only I had more money right now. I'm really hoping that my dear friend B.A. can help me out with his credit card for about two weeks. *sighs* I rely on him too much. ^^"

Oh, I really hope I can get KinKi tickets too!!!!!!!!! *____* Well, it's not like I can get them myself. Again, relying on someone else. I'm such an NG-girl. -_-#

It's interesting... I watched the new KinKi tour on dvd now and at the band interlude before KinKi's big medley of self-composed song, I remember I was sitting in the hall and thinking "This is gonna look so cool on the dvd". XDDDDDD When you're there, there are so many things happening, you totally can't grasp everything. Good thing they record it. If only they didn't always cut the good stuff. >_<

Well, I'm already excited again about my new trip. :D Tokyo, here I come. ^^

*sighs* Sadly making a side-trip by plane would be too expensive. D: Plus, I don't have all that much time for this trip. I'm working regularly now and my holidays are limited. I can get you something from Japan, though, if you like? ^^

*hugs*

I'll get you something cool. And then I'll sned it, but this time around I'll have it tracked. Seriously, I checked with the post office several times, but nothing came off it. I bet they lost it and now they're just trying to cover, or something. But luckily, there's the option of adding tracking numbers. I'll so do that.

If I'm not mistaken, your next birthday will be coming up not too much ahead anymore. I'll give it a second try. I guess it's a bit tricky for long distance. The parcel you sent me also almost got lost, you know. They didn't understand the way you put on the address, which was basically correct, but a bit different from what's usual here. At any rate, the parcel arrived at our post office and everybody was like "where is this supposed to go? It's from Singapore?" And luckily our post man heard that and he was like "From Singapore? I have an idea where that's supposed to go..." He then took it here and asked me if I was waiting for something and I said yes. So, I guess if there's a little mistake, it can happen that thigns get lost. :( But with a tracking number it should be fine. :D

I'm sorry for replying late too. m(__)m I made the grave mistake of marking your comment read, even when I hadn't answered that night because I was so tired and then I shamefully forgot about it. >_<

So, this time around I'll send some delicious candy. ^^

Not to worry, only just found the time to reply myself. ^^" Busy month I'm having. But it'll be October soon and then my working shcedule with light up big time. :D

See? Post offices do weird things. But I've heard that tracking numbers are very helpful. I guess I should ship the new parcel soon. Just gotta wrap it up alright, so nothing will break. Candy's coming. ^^

You're so lucky you get to go back again. I made plans with a friend to make it by this summer. So far that plans a no go because I keep having to spend tons of money on vet bills.

Perhaps by next summer!

Actually... I'm already thinking about a next trip after this one. XD A friend of mine and I decided we want to visit an onsen together, so we're aiming for April 2013. ^^

Oh, but your comment sounds like unpleasant circumstances. I know what it's like to have to cut on vacation because of difficult situations too. It's so frustrating. But I can tell you from experience that it'll pass and that you'll get a chance to pick up the mission. *nods*

*sighs* And now I have to run, because it's late already. I was just so hyper because my connection is back. ^^" Have to get up early tomorrow and earn the money for my stay in Japan. Even though it's Saturday. :P But then, my new job is so cool, it's really okay. ^_^
